Students have to attend academic hours, practice hours as well as training hours. In case of unsatisfying attendance rate, students are deprived from sitting to all or some subjects exams. In which case the student fails the named subject/ subjects. Should the student miss an exam for an excuse accepted by the board of directors, student doesn't fail the named subject with a maximum of three separate or succeeding occasions through out the whole four years of study.

 

Movement from one academic year to another takes place at the end of each academic year after exams. Success at a subject takes place when the student acquires a minimum of 50% of the subject total marks. Grades are classified according to the following scale:

 

   

Excellent

 at 85% or more

Very Good

 at 75% and up to 85%

Good

 at 65% and up to 75%

Pass

 at 50% and up to 65%

Weak

 at 50% and up to 65%

Very Weak

 less then 30%
   

 

Final grade is calculated according t o the accumulating marks of the four academic years.

 

Honour is awarded to students of final grade of Excellent and Very Good , on the following conditions:

 

  • Student acquires at least very good at all four academic years
  • Student doesn't fail any subject throughout the four academic year
