Egyptian Chefs Association ECA

The Institute has an agreement with the Egyptian Chefs' Association - a member of the World Association of Cooks Societies ( WACS). According to this agreement, the Institute is the venue for training courses and workshops delivered by internationally distinguished chefs and experts, held regularly throughout the year. After each workshop students sit for exam, and at success, students are awarded a training certificate of the ECA.
